These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of atlasinjuryassistance.com (the "Site") and the free referral service offered by A&L Partner Solutions LLC d/b/a Atlas Injury Assistance ("Atlas," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting the form on the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Not a law firm. Attorney advertising. Atlas Injury Assistance is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. We operate a referral service that connects individuals with independent, licensed personal injury attorneys and law firms ("Partner Firms"). Submitting information through this Site does not create an attorney-client relationship with Atlas or any Partner Firm, and no such relationship is formed unless and until you separately engage a Partner Firm directly.

1. Description of Service

Atlas provides a free intake and matching service for individuals who believe they may have a personal injury claim. Based on the information you submit, we may refer your information to one or more Partner Firms who may contact you to discuss your potential case. We do not guarantee that any Partner Firm will accept your case, that you qualify for compensation, or any particular outcome, settlement amount, or result.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit information through the Site. By submitting the form, you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.

3. No Legal Advice

Nothing on the Site, including any content, FAQ answers, or communications from Atlas, constitutes legal advice. Only a licensed attorney, after reviewing the specifics of your situation, can advise you on your legal rights and options. Statements about statutes of limitations, fault, or potential compensation are general in nature and may not apply to your specific circumstances or jurisdiction.

4. Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting the form, you expressly consent to be contacted by A&L Partner Solutions LLC d/b/a Atlas Injury Assistance and/or Partner Firms by phone call, SMS/text message, or email at the contact information you provide, including through automatic telephone dialing systems or prerecorded/artificial voice messages, for purposes related to evaluating and pursuing your potential claim. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to be contacted is not required as a condition of using any service. You may opt out at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. No Fee for Matching; Attorney Fee Arrangements

There is no cost to submit information through the Site or to be matched with a Partner Firm. Any fee arrangement for legal representation (such as a contingency fee) is between you and the Partner Firm you choose to engage, and will be governed by a separate agreement directly with that firm. Atlas is not a party to, and receives no portion of, any fee you pay to a Partner Firm in connection with your case.

6. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the Site.
Use the Site only for its intended purpose of seeking a referral to a personal injury attorney.
Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or impersonate another person.
Do not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Atlas and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and our referral service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any Partner Firm will accept your case or achieve any particular result.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A&L Partner Solutions LLC d/b/a Atlas Injury Assistance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any interaction with a Partner Firm. Atlas is not responsible for the acts, omissions, advice, or representation provided by any Partner Firm.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A&L Partner Solutions LLC d/b/a Atlas Injury Assistance, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or information you submit that is false or misleading.

11. Third-Party Links & Partner Firms

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and will connect you with independent Partner Firms. Atlas does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party or Partner Firm.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
