1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at atlasinjuryassistance.com (the "Site") and the case review request service offered through it (the "Service"), operated by A&L Partner Solutions LLC d/b/a Atlas Injury Assistance ("Atlas," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or submitting a form, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

When you complete our online form, we evaluate the information you submit and may transmit it to one or more independent, licensed personal injury law firms operating in California ("Partner Firms") that participate in our network on a non-exclusive or exclusive commercial marketing fee basis. A Partner Firm may contact you to discuss whether it wishes to represent you. Atlas does not guarantee that any Partner Firm will contact you, accept your case, or achieve any particular outcome.

4. Eligibility & Accuracy of Information

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use the Service. You represent that all information you submit is true, accurate, and complete, and that you have the legal right to submit it. Providing false or misleading information may disqualify you from receiving assistance and may violate applicable law.

5. Consent to Be Contacted (TCPA)

By submitting the form on our Site and checking the required consent checkbox, you provide your express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) authorizing A&L Partner Solutions LLC d/b/a Atlas Injury Assistance and its network of Partner Firms to contact you at the phone number and email address you provided using live calls, automated telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, and/or text messages (SMS/MMS) regarding your inquiry, even if your telephone number is listed on any state or federal Do Not Call registry. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and standard message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. No Cost to Consumers; Commercial Marketing Fees

Your case review request through Atlas is free and confidential. Partner Firms in our network generally work on a contingency-fee basis, meaning you typically pay nothing upfront and no attorney fee unless you recover compensation, subject to the specific fee agreement you sign directly with the Partner Firm. Partner Firms pay Atlas a commercial marketing fee to receive consumer contact requests; this fee is paid by the Partner Firm, not by you, and does not affect any fee arrangement between you and the Partner Firm.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Atlas and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and Service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any Partner Firm will contact you, accept your case, or provide any particular result.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Atlas's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atlas and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information, including your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
